This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering accurate transaction support, and guiding members through deposit and lending options in a credit union environment. The role combines hands-on account service, consumer lending support, and consultative conversations designed to strengthen member satisfaction and deepen overall engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Build strong product knowledge across deposit, lending, and related financial services so members receive well-informed guidance tailored to their situations.
• Engage members in meaningful conversations to understand financial priorities, recommend suitable solutions, and connect them with specialized resources when needed.
