About Us:

The Client Relations Specialist II is primarily responsible for all customer-facing transaction processing. This includes teller transactions such as cashing checks, receiving deposits, making withdrawals, receiving loan payments, and preparing change orders for customers. They are also responsible for branch cash balancing, reviewing electronic deposits, and assisting with operational tasks. Client Relations Specialist II is required to have a full understanding of all policies and procedures relative to their responsibilities. They must work closely with the Client Relations Manager to ensure all internal rules and regulations are followed, have a strong ability to multitask, and possess a strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of all transaction processing.
