Opportunity Description
The Department of Neurology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of Headache Neurology. Applicants must have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree. The successful applicants will be board certified in Neurology. Additional fellowship training in headache is helpful, but not required. Candidates with experience in neuro-otology, behavioral neurology, neuromuscular diseases, or other subspecialties with an interested in headache clinical care will also be considered.
Teaching responsibilities may include teaching medical students, residents and headache fellows in the outpatient clinic and instructing clinical residents, fellows in allied specialties such as ENT, pain management, internal medicine, and family medicine.
