Due to recent expansion, The Brier is seeking to appoint inspirational unqualified teachers with a passion for delivering high‑quality teaching and learning to pupils with a range of complex SEND needs.

The Brier is a successful all‑age school (4‑16) serving pupils with moderate learning difficulties across two sites.

Over the past few years, the complexity of pupils’ needs has increased, requiring a dynamic and specialised approach.

We are looking for outstanding, creative and resilient unqualified teachers who can inspire pupils to develop a love for learning, helping them to develop the skills to make sustained progress both academically and emotionally. The successful candidate will be able to deliver an ambitious yet meaningful curriculum to learners with diverse communication and learning requirements.
