Salary Information

Compensation plans are based on a multi-step progression system. The pay range reflects the entry level and maximum salary potential in the assigned pay grade.

Nature of Work

The fundamental reason this classification
exists is to support the City’s urban development goals, playing a key role in
shaping the future of the city by evaluating priority areas for redevelopment,
crafting inspired conceptual design solutions, and guiding projects from early
