Our client, a well-established and reputable Architecture and Urban Design firm based in Stellenbosch, is currently seeking an experienced and talented Urban Designer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
To represent the practice at project briefing meetings To summarize urban design objectives and goals available from previous plans and studies. Evaluate development proposals to identify compliance with zoning regulations. Prepare design guidelines for open space, building form, project review and site planning Develop massing plans and urban design concepts.
