Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients and projects, meet sales and profit targets.
- Gather market insights, build client networks, and maintain strong relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Review bid proposals with the tender team and make decisions with the director.
- Act as Bid Manager for large-scale projects.
- Collaborate within the BD team and across departments.
- Lead client negotiations on bids and contract terms.
- Coach and develop the tender/BD team via group learning and performance management.
- Protect and enhance the company’s brand and reputation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering.
- 8 – 12 years in construction industry experience (ground improvement preferred).
- Geotechnical design expertise and proficiency with relevant systems/software.
