The Practice and the Team
This urgent care centre is a cooperative, with a mix of staff doctors, NPs, locums, and rostered doctors from member practices. Supported by practice nurses, a clinical nurse manager and a capable team of admin staff, the clinic offers urgent health care, women, men and children’s health, Accidents and ACC consultations, Fracture clinic, personal health advice and health monitoring service.
Location
Napier is one of the main centres in Hawkes Bay, a sunny, horticulturally productive region on the east coast of NZ’s North Island. It’s a 2 hour drive to Taupo, maybe 3 to the ski fields of Ruapehu, with regular connecting flights to Auckland and Wellington international airports.
