URGENT: Elder Care Provider

I am looking for a caring support worker for my mother who is 75. She needs help bathing, dressing, help with wound care, house chores, taking her to doctor's appointments etc... She has two cats, and needs help throwing out cat litter. She is of sound mind, but can get very worked up over things, and the personal support worker needs to be patient.
