Opportunity Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and plan the steps included in the interview and selection procedures, such as tests, screening calls, and in-person interviews.
- Use the candidate tracking system to evaluate candidate information, including credentials and contact data.
- Predict each department's recruiting needs for upcoming quarters and the year.
- Maintain long‑term relationships with former and prospective candidates.
- Handle the entire hiring process from start to finish to align with corporate goals and strategies.
- Work closely with recruiting managers to understand operations and key requirements.
- Lead the junior talent acquisition team.
- Allocate offers to successful candidates and negotiate salaries effectively.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources from a reputable university.
