Opportunity Description
The role will include answering and transferring calls, greeting and assisting visitors, managing incoming mail and deliveries, coordinating visitor registration, supporting meeting room and despatch arrangements, assisting with office events, and handling general reception duties as required.
RequirementsProfessional, well-organized, service-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
