As a full-time Urgent Response Coordinator, your mission will be to guide families through urgent services tailored to children and youth with Autism. You'll be instrumental in creating and overseeing a comprehensive Urgent Response Plan, while facilitating cooperation among various stakeholders. The position requires a commitment to culturally-appropriate and inclusive service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete eligibility screenings for urgent services
• Develop strengths-based urgent response plans
• Act as a primary point of contact for families
• Coordinate with other service and community providers
• Monitor and review the urgent response plans
