Urology Physician Assistant

An established urology practice in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team. NEW GRADS with a strong interest in urology will be considered. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality outpatient care to patients, collaborating with a team of physicians, and contributing to the success and growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:

• Work Monday through Friday. Outpatient office position.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations related to urological conditions.
• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians, including medication management, patient education, and coordination of follow-up care.
