Optum Care Washington (formerly The Everett Clinic) is hiring a Urology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a collegial outpatient urology team in Arlington, WA. This is a general urology role caring for adult patients of all sexes, supported by Epic with DAX AI, 1:1 MA support, and a collaborative group of urologists and APC peers. The role offers flexible scheduling, including a 4-day workweek option, with no call.
