• Schedule: 24 hour call
• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• Types of Cases: General Urology cases
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 Days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
• Certifications required: Board Certification or Board Eligible
• License required: Active South Carolina license and Controlled Substances Registration (CSR)
