Onsite Urology Physician Services to support the Fargo VA Health Care System.

Period of Performance: 3/17/2026 to 3/16/2027 (Estimated) plus, two 1-year option periods. Effective Date: Date of first Urology Physician shift or 30 days from the Award Date (see Block 31c); whichever occurs sooner.
