A highly respected, market leading urology group in Louisiana is expanding and seeking a collaborative Urologist to join a practice known for its supportive administration, streamlined operations, and lack of bureaucratic red tape. With approximately 70% market share, this dominant group offers immediate volume, strong infrastructure, and exceptional earning potential.
The Opportunity:
• Join a well established, high volume urology practice with strong APP call support
• Practice bread and butter general urology with the ability to build out subspecialty programs
• 4.5 day workweek with a hybrid model of outpatient clinic and dedicated OR time
• Access to 12 Da Vinci robotic systems
• Uncapped compensation model with a guaranteed, never ending $600K base, plus RVU production and call pay - realistic $1M+ earning potential
