Locums Long-Term Urologist needed in Olympia, Washington
Location: Olympia, WA Reason for need: Vacancy - Long-Term Permanent Search (could be considered for Locums to Perm) Start Date: July 18 End Date: December 30 Coverage: Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call (Beeper) Must be Board Certified, active license, DEA, clean Malpractice and NPDB Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days Support staff: 3 RNs, 5 MAs, 1 PA/NP, 4 Office Staff No supervision of APPs or teaching EMR: Epic Requires hospital/surgery center privileges 15 Patients Per Shift Skills Required: General Urology, Adult Skills Preferred: Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy, Ureteroscopy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Robotic Surgery, Renal & Bladder u/s & w/biopsy, TRUS biopsies, Incontinence procedures, Penile prosthesis, Extracorporreal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) Travel & Lodging provided Malpractice Insurance provided
