Our client’s Capital Markets team is consistently recognised as a leading adviser on Capital Markets transactions globally. The team has advised on some of the largest and most complex offerings worldwide and is one of the few major law firms in London which offers a fully integrated transatlantic platform.

The London office works closely with the market-leading US practice, alongside English, French and German qualified Lawyers, enabling them to deliver seamless cross-border advice on high yield and leveraged loan transactions. This integrated structure has allowed the firm to act on some of the most high-profile Capital Markets deals in the market.

The suitable candidate will be a US qualified Capital Markets Associate, with 2-4 years’ post-qualification experience, with a strong focus on Equity Capital Markets. You will advise on complex, cross-border ECM transactions, while working closely with colleagues across DCM, Banking and M&A.
