Your Role at Exeo:
As a U.S. immigration lawyer, you will lead the team, providing high‑level legal expertise in the preparation and strategic management of complex immigration files. You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing applications for TN, L‑1A, B‑1, E‑1, and E‑2 visas, as well as waiver requests. Your role will be essential in maintaining effective communication with government authorities and ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of all data within our immigration strategies.
