Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage the complete onboarding lifecycle, including paperwork, compliance, background verification, and drug screening processes.

✅ Validate I-9 forms and supporting documentation for the E-Verify process.

✅ Maintain accurate onboarding records and provide regular status updates for candidates.

✅ Ensure a seamless onboarding experience while adhering to US hiring compliance requirements.
