Overview

Responsibilities

• Support state tax advisory engagements (e.g., nexus analyses, voluntary disclosures, sales tax analyses).
• Assist the US SALT team with cross‑border M&A matters, including due diligence, acquisition and divestiture planning, cross‑border financing structures, and post‑merger integrations.
• Address substandard work and ensure client expectations are met.
• Manage a portfolio of client engagements, reporting to senior SALT members.
