The Director of Real Estate – Fuel Strategy & Development provides enterprise leadership over the planning, execution, and performance of fuel development across Walmart and Sam’s Club. This role owns end-to-end delivery of fuel projects—driving consistency, capital efficiency, and operational reliability across a complex, high-volume portfolio. You will serve as the single point of accountability for fuel development performance, aligning Real Estate, Design & Construction, Operations, Finance, and Compliance to deliver projects on time, on budget, and built to support long-term operational success. This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution—balancing growth acceleration with disciplined capital management and risk mitigation.
