About the team:
The Platform Stability organization safeguards the core driver experience across every step of the Spark Driver lifecycle—from accepting an order, navigating to stores, shopping, traveling, and completing delivery. When on-trip defects emerge, we ensure they are detected early, diagnosed correctly, sized accurately, and resolved quickly.
We serve as the connective tissue between Engineering, Product, Store Ops / tech, Mapping partners, Mission Control, and our 4-in-the-Box (4iTB) decisioning group—ensuring the platform behaves predictably for drivers across every trip, every market, every release.

As Manager, Defect Lifecycle Platform Stability, you will lead end to end detection through resolution of high impact on trip defects.
