The **Staff** **, Technology Operations – Monetization, Pricing & Financial Operations** is responsible for leading the strategy, operationalization, and governance of monetization initiatives across ecommerce and marketplace platforms. This role serves as a critical bridge between Product, Technology, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Controllership, and Business teams to ensure pricing models, fee structures, and revenue programs are designed, implemented, and scaled effectively. This leader will drive complex cross-functional initiatives related to retail pricing strategy, marketplace seller fees, revenue management, financial controls, tax compliance, and enterprise business systems (EBS).
