Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Proactively leading, planning, and executing research with employees and internal stakeholders to help teams design and improve business systems, services, and workflows
• Employing a range of research methods, including usability studies, interviews, contextual inquiry, quantitative approaches (e.g., survey design, experimentation, and behavioral analytics), and more
• Integrating AI-powered tools and workflows (e.g., automated synthesis, LLM-assisted analysis, research repositories) to accelerate research throughput and uncover deeper insights at scale, while maintainingawareness of the underlying insights in order to speak to your research deeply and with confidence
