User Researcher

Fixed Term Contract, Full-time UK-wide, Remote About the Role As a member of our Professional Services team, you will work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to plan, conduct, and analyse user research that informs the design and delivery of high-quality digital services.

You will play a critical role in understanding user behaviours, identifying pain points, and ensuring that solutions are grounded in evidence.
