Job title: USRN Nurse Trainer
Work set up: Onsite in BGC Taguig during training, WFH/Hybrid after training
Work shift: Night shift

Responsibilities
- Research, plan, develop, implement and evaluate training strategies, initiatives, and materials including comprehensive education programs to meet orientation and ongoing competency needs and professional development needs
- Assess data and information related to claim medical outcome and other pertinent situations including identification of trends, issues, and supporting research to continuously improve curriculum
- Stays abreast of and incorporates current research into nursing education practice.
- Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership to improve claim outcomes through education
- Utilize resources for instructional technology as necessary
