Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support a growing utilities construction team in the Henrico, VA area. This individual will partner closely with field crews and leadership to reinforce safe work practices, support daily jobsite activities, and ensure compliance with established safety guidelines across aerial and overhead utility projects.
Key Responsibilities

- Support daily jobsite safety activities, including distribution of PPE
- Review safety guidelines and daily action items with field teams
- Conduct routine jobsite inspections and document findings
- Participate in investigation and follow‑up processes when safety findings are identified
- Complete administrative safety documentation and reporting
- Partner with operations and field leadership to promote a strong safety culture
