Utilities Engineer (Roads and Infrastructure)

AECOM is seeking an experienced Utilities Engineer for a major Roads and Bridges project located in Dubai. The Utilities Engineer will be a key member of AECOM’s construction supervision team for RTA projects in Dubai focusing on the supervision coordination and quality control of wet and dry utilities works. The role involves ensuring that all utility works comply with RTA standards, project specifications, and authority requirements while maintaining strict safety and quality control on‑site. The Utilities Engineer will coordinate closely with contractors, utility authorities, and the project team to ensure timely and compliant execution of works.

• Supervise and inspect the construction of wet and dry utilities (water, sewerage, stormwater, irrigation, HV/LV cables, street lighting, telecom and ITS works) to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and RTA standards.
