Summary This position serves as Utilities System Operator within FMS Engineering Service at Wilkes Barre PA under the supervision of the Utility Systems Supervisor This position performs a full range of tasks that are involved in the upkeep, maintenance and operation of the Boiler Plant, Engineering Control Center, and the Chiller Plant. Responsibilities Duties Include But Not Limited To: Performs preventative, scheduled, and emergency maintenance on equipment including boiler feed water pumps, fuel oil pumps, air compressors, generators, automatic controls, valves, piping, pumps, plant electrical systems and related components and other boiler plant systems. Tests, adjusts, maintains, and repairs boiler safety devices such as flame safeguard systems, pressure switches, pressure differential switches, limit switches, timers, water column safety devices, electric/electronic probes and sensors, steam safety valves, and automatic/manual fuel valves.
