Ensures that all units and equipment are maintained and cleaned according to local and hospital required food safety standards. Including daily weekly and monthly cleaning tasks. Transports food and supplies from main kitchen to Terrace in a timely manner.Stock needed supplies in units, filling soda machines with ice, putting away and organizing grocery orders, cleaning supplies, while keeping storage areas clean and organized.Receive and put away delivery orders using the FIFO system, labeling and dating items; as well as maintaining the receiving log and checking random temps on product coming in, logging coolers/freezers and dish washer temps as assigned.Position washes dishes in dish machine and operates the garbage disposal in a safe manner consistent with operating procedures.
