UX Designer (Hybrid)

Position Overview  The UX Designer at Lumivero is a generalist, curious, and growth-oriented design contributor who thrives in a fast-moving, multi-product environment.

Reporting directly to the Sr. UX Designer, this role supports the design and continuous improvement of user experiences across Lumivero’s core desktop application portfolio — including NVivo, ATLAS.ti, Citavi, @RISK, and Predict — as well as our emerging AI-native products.  This is not a single-product role.

You will float across teams and codebases, adapting quickly to different product contexts and user audiences.

You will be embedded within the Marketing & Product team and work closely with Development stakeholders to ensure our digital experiences are intuitive, on-brand, and user-centred.
