UX Designer

Role Summary

Rakuten Viki is a global entertainment streaming platform that specializes in Asian content. We are looking for a UX Designer to join our expanding UX & Design team. This full‑time position is based in Singapore and reports to the UX & Design Manager.

You will design products that users love by creating engaging experiences for onboarding, content discovery, and monetization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with PM and data to define and execute product strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with the UX team and manager to provide program visibility and support across the design team.
• Map out user journeys and design flows for different personas.
• Create compelling storytelling to bring user stories and insights to life.
