Job Purpose:

The ClarusONE proprietary sourcing platform is key to enabling innovation across the sourcing model. The purpose of this role is to ensure that the strategic product delivery team builds technology solutions that genuinely meet the needs of the differing user groups of this platform.

Responsibilities:
- Owns the quantitative research programmes used to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points, utilising methods such as interviews, surveys, and observations to gather insights that guide product direction and ensure user‑centred decision‑making.
- Responsible for generating the wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that translate the research findings into intuitive digital experiences. This means ensuring all product and/or feature designs follow usability principles, accessibility standards, and align with the over...
