The UIX-UI Analyst role is a 12 month hybrid engagement , where the successful candidate will play a foundational role in shaping the platform as it evolves from Beta into a scalable, commercial venture. The purpose of this role is not only to design interfaces, but to define, validate, and continuously improve the end‑to‑end user experience of a complex, data‑driven sustainability product in close partnership with real pilot clients.

Operating within a venture studio environment, the designer will work at the intersection of user needs, sustainability domain complexity, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
