UXUI / AI Transformation Intern (Ref. No. R )
Location: Singapore (Hybrid). Join our ADP (Advanced Development Projects) Team at Hitachi Rail GTS. This role is part of a digital and AI transformation team shaping future Hitachi Rail transportation systems.
Responsibilities- Support the Kaizen and innovation projects, nurturing human‑centered design, product thinking, and UX for B2B systems.
- Facilitate user research studies (interviews, surveys, desk research, card sorting, usability testing, tree‑testing, heuristic analysis) to uncover needs and pain points.
- Contribute to joint workshops and co‑creation activities (service blue‑printing, user personas, journeys, experience maps, wireframes).
- Design system/tool UI with best practices and validate with primary/secondary research or end‑users.
