About the role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic archivist to join our team at Lincolnshire Archives as the Senior Collections Development Officer for Archives. The post requires a postgraduate qualification in Archives & Records Management and relevant experience leading a team within a local authority setting. As a member of a wider collections management team you will be responsible for the management, care, access and interpretation of Lincolnshire County Council's large archive collection.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development and implementation of service strategies and delivery plans that meet organisational targets and objectives, and the maintenance of Archive Service Accreditation and Place of Deposit status. <...
