Opportunity Description
As a Valuer, you will be responsible for conducting property valuations and providing expert advisory services to clients. This is a strategic role that will have a direct impact on the company's growth and success within the property valuation industry.
What you'll be doing
- Undertake valuation assignment of properties in Singapore which includes HDB, private residential, commercial, and industrial.
- Carry out site inspections, compile & analyze data, and prepare valuation reports.
- Ensure timely completion of all valuation assignments
- Assist with property tax advisory portfolios for corporate clients
What we're looking for
- Degree in Real Estate, Property or a related discipline
- Professional valuation qualification such as the SISV Registered Valuer accreditation
