Role Summary

This is a senior individual‑contributor role responsible for both architecting enterprise culture transformation and activating it through targeted, high‑impact talent solutions. The role bridges strategy and execution—translating Micron’s Vision, Mission, and Values into lived behaviors through a combination of enterprise‑level design and localized, on‑the‑ground interventions.
