Van Sales Representative (FMCG)

Unikai Foods PJSC is urgently hiring aggressive and physically fit Van Sales Representatives to manage our dairy and juice distribution routes across the UAE. You will drive revenue by expanding our footprint in local grocery stores and hypermarkets.

Job Requirements

• Valid UAE Manual Driving License (Category 3) is strictly required.
• Minimum 1 year of FMCG route sales experience in the UAE market.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively with local shopkeepers.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute early morning vehicle loading and dispatch from the regional depot.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and cash collection targets within the assigned territory.
• Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) on store shelves to minimize product expiry and waste.
