This role involves leading cross-functional teams, ensuring systematic design and development approaches, conducting stakeholder meetings, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all released products. The safety, quality, and performance of the product must be prioritized, with timely escalation of any risks. The engineer will also develop DFMEA, ADVP&R, and coach the team to achieve successful product releases.
