Vehicle Maintenance Technician (Clerical)

Description
Handle inbound calls from customer drivers and vendors regarding vehicle maintenance and repair requests.
Issue purchase orders for transactions exceeding customer card limits.
Verify that authorized repairs are necessary for continued safe operation and priced according to recognized industry guides.
Accurately enter and maintain purchase order records for documentation and historical tracking.
Process and verify maintenance and repair invoices.
Collaborate with internal teams to support client satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
Maintain and strengthen vendor relationships; escalate and resolve service issues as needed.
Assist with special projects and provide technical guidance to customer-facing teams.
Follow up on supplier billing inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
