Vehicle Maintenance Technician
Location: Leicester
Working hours: 40 per week
Shift: Rotating shifts
Week 1: 06:00-14:30 Mon-Fri
Week 2: 12:30-21:00 Mon-Fri
Flexible hours may be considered for the right candidate.
Salary: Base pay £21.70 per hour plus shift allowance.
Responsibilities
- Perform service and repair of company fleet in line with planned maintenance schedules to ensure vehicles and trailers are safe, legal and fit for duties.
- Complete signed service and inspection records.
- Complete defect reports and associated paperwork to comply with legal requirements.
- Prepare vehicles and trailers for annual MOT testing to ensure first‑time pass.
- Perform ad‑hoc vehicle repairs, investigate and rectify vehicle defects.
