Our Client in the Motor Industry is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Executive to join their team. Requirements: Proven experience in Automotive Parts Sales Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories Customer-focused with a passion for exceeding targets Grade 12 Computer Literate Responsibilities (but not limited to): Service existing clients Parts sourcing Assist Service Department with parts request orders Assist with telephonic queries and parts sales Assist walk-in customers and provide excellent service with regards to parts Provide best customer service Handle customer complaints Receive & log stock into inventory Notify service department when parts / back ordered have been received Maintain parts department neat and tidy
