Role: Vehicle Test Engineer
Experience – 2 to 7 years
Job Description
Plan and execute vehicle testing activities on proving grounds and test tracks.
Perform brake testing, including performance, fade, recovery, and ABS/ESC validation.
Conduct handling, stability, and ride comfort tests.
Collect, analyze, and interpret test data using data acquisition systems.
Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to development teams.
Ensure all testing is conducted in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Support prototype vehicle builds and instrumentation.
The Function Application Engineer is responsible for the vehicle performance relating to EBS control functions.
Achieves the requested vehicle performance by adjusting functional parameters and evaluating other possible solutions related to the function and its boundaries (vehicle, brake system, ...).
Coordinates all necessary steps to fulfill the requested vehicle performance.
