Responsibilities
- Supplier Onboarding & Compliance
- Manage supplier onboarding and reactivation processes, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are fulfilled.
- Work with internal teams to troubleshoot onboarding issues and uphold due diligence standards.
- Contract Management
- Oversee the end-to-end contract process, including preparation, review, amendment, and termination.
- Partner with legal and business teams to ensure contracts comply with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and track their progress.
- Procurement & Payment Operations
- Handle purchase requests and orders, ensuring approvals and budget compliance.
- Coordinate with finance and project teams to facilitate timely payments and resolve procurement concerns.
