**The Role**
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Team Lead to oversee and guide our Vendor Onboarding and Retention operations.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in payment processing and vendor engagement who is ready to step into a leadership role.
You will be responsible for driving successful onboarding outcomes, improving vendor retention, ensuring timely execution of vCard payments, and leading a team of specialists in delivering a seamless experience for vendors transitioning to our vCard payment platform.
