This is an established and growing Sydney hospitality group with a genuine wine identity and a track record of building venues with real character. They operate across several locations in the city and are expanding and this is their most exciting opening yet.
 
THE VENUE
 
A new neighbourhood French wine bar opening in the inner-east. Inspired by the intimate, convivial bars of Paris. Classic bistro dishes, an exceptional wine list, and around 40 seats across indoor and outdoor. The smallest venue in the group to date, and arguably the one with the most soul.
 
This is a founding role. You won't be stepping into someone else's venue, you'll be building the identity of this one from day one.
