About This Role:

The Veterinary Health Center (VHC) within the College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking a Veterinary Nursing Supervisor to join our dedicated team to help provide exemplary patient care and customer service. This position plays a vital role in overseeing our nursing staff for the Medicine Section which includes Internal Medicine, Hill’s Pet Health, Urgent Care, Emergency, Dermatology, and Oncology services. Nursing Supervisors provide a high-level of input on patient care and helps to direct the work flow in various areas of the hospital. This position holds many responsibilities including the assigning of daily tasks, management of staff hours, establishing of performance standards, and helping in the growth and development of veterinary nurses.
